Why is "Entire US" grayed out?

"Entire US" will be grayed out on the Add Vendor Categories page and the My Vendor Listings page:

unless you have a Featured profile in the following categories: Beauty & Health, Catering & Beverages, Ceremony Sites, Entertainment, Guest Accommodations, Limos & Transportation, Music, Photo Booths, Photography, Restaurants & Bars, Services for Newlyweds, Venues, Videography and Wedding Officiants.

You can advertise the following categories across the entire country with a Basic or Free profile: Cakes and Desserts, Decorations and Lighting, Dresses and Women’s Attire, Favors and Gifts, Flowers, Home Beautification, Invitations and Calligraphy, Jewelry, Rentals and Party Supplies, Travel, Tuxedos and Men’s Attire and Unique Services.  These categories tend to have more businesses that ship products or provide remote services.
