If you accidentally rejected or ended a Connection request, you can initiate a new Connection. That User or Vendor cannot, however, send you a new request.

As a User, to initiate a new Connection with a fellow User, find their profile on the Find Personal Connections page and click the Connect button. Learn more about Connections for Users.
As a Vendor, you cannot reestablish a Connection, as Vendors are prohibited from connecting with Users unless the User submits a quote request. Learn more about Connections for Vendors.
Reconnecting with a Vendor
As a User or Vendor, you initiate a new Connection with a Vendor by navigating to any of their category profiles and clicking the Connect button.
