When another Vendor has requested a Connection with your business, they will appear on the My Vendor Connection Requests page. Unlike User-to-Vendor Connections, Vendor-to-Vendor Connections must be approved before they're formed. A Connection must exist before two Vendors can Chat with each other. How you'll know if a Vendor has requested a Connection
To view all of your Vendor Connection Requests, you simply need to navigate to the My Personal Connections page.

To reach this page on a laptop/computer, simply click Connections in your User Menu:
And then click My Vendor Connection Requests:

To reach this page on a mobile device, simply click the User Icon in your User Menu and select the Connections menu:
Then click the My Vendor Connection Requests sub-menu:
How you'll know if a Vendor has requested a Connection with you
You will receive an email notification. There will also be a New indicator on your Connections link in your User Menu.
You simply need to click the Accept or Reject button. Once accepting, the Vendor will appear on My Vendor Connections.
