EasyEventPlanning.com was created by a former event decorator who wanted to help event vendors reach their entire market at an affordable price. Our site allows you to:
- Pay when the site does its job – when it generates clicks to your profile. We charge per click for our most popular (Featured) package. Although there is a small annual fee for (Basic and) Featured Vendor Listings (to offset our administrative costs), there are no flat monthly fees like you'll find on most event planning sites.
- Name your own bid price per click (for Featured profiles). There is a minimum click amount that is as low as $.25 in most areas of the country. Featured Listings appear in bid order.
- Spend only as much as you want. You can set any weekly click budget you desire.
- Create your own custom region. You choose which markets in the US are right for you.
- Avoid long-term costly monthly contracts. You can change from Featured to Basic at any time. Any unused credits can then just be applied to Leads instead of Clicks.
- Buy only the Leads you want. Instead of paying a flat rate for all leads, we allow you to pick and choose at a low rate per lead. You can buy leads with any package (Featured, Basic, Free). And you'll know right up front how much a lead will cost you. Right now, the rates range from just $4.95 - $14.95. Rates vary based on our costs of advertising and acquiring quotes. Some categories and geographical areas simply have more competition and, therefore, it costs more to advertise with Google Adwords, for example.
- Connect to your customer base in a way that has not been possible until now. As a social networking site for event planning, Users and Vendors can connect with each other and chat in real-time from any device. You can chat, collaborate and even send files through our chat tool.
- Build a powerful Vendor network that earns you additional exposure at the site.
